I wanted to provide an itinerary example for people that do not know what to do when they go on vacations. All of my itineraries are personalized for each of my clients. This way, each individual can get something different on their own journeys. For example, I love food, coffee shops, and as much relaxation on a beach as I can get. One of my friends however, loves museums and packing as much exploring into their day as possible. Neither is the right or wrong way to vacation, it is just important to remember that what everyone wants to get out of their vacation is different.

I like to meet over Zoom with each of my clients, that way, I can gather information on their personalities, what they like to do, where they prefer to eat, and if they have anything in mind that they definitely want me to add to the itinerary. Then, once we get to talking, I do all the research for the clients and once it is done, I send it to them.

I use Travefy to create itineraries for my clients. Below, I will show what the travel day and the next day look like on that platform. What I really like about Travefy is a few things. One, for the travel days, all I have to type in is the flight number and that will automatically add to the itinerary the time the flight is at, the time the flight lands, and at which airport it lands at. I am also able to add in booking confirmation numbers and reservation codes under both flights and accommodation bookings so this is all in one place. The second feature on here that I really like is that I can add start times in for activities, or I do not have to add in times at all as well as duration times. This way it gives the client more time to go throughout their day without thinking they have to follow the itinerary down to the second. Additionally, I can send the itineraries through email and the client can either view them on the web browser or by downloading the app. Either way, everything is all in one place for them, and the client does not need to worry about a thing on their vacation.
