The water temperature in St. Kitts ranges from 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, making it comfortable for swimming year-round. With visibility often exceeding 100 feet, the sea is generally calm and accessible from both shore and boat, making this area ideal for divers of all levels.
Turks and Caicos Islands
Turks and Caicos are gorgeous islands in the Caribbean that many people know about, but they might not realize that you can scuba dive here. These islands are renowned for their excellent wall dives and vibrant marine life. The most popular spots include Grace Bay on Providenciales, West Caicos, and French Cay. The Columbus Passage is a well-known location for spotting humpback whales during their migration, with the best time for whale sightings being January to April. However, diving in Turks and Caicos is spectacular year-round, offering diverse and exciting underwater experiences.

The Bahamas offers a diverse range of diving experiences, including shallow reefs and deep blue holes. Shark diving is a major attraction on Grand Bahama, drawing thrill-seekers from around the world. Other notable dive sites include the Blue Hole in Andros, the Thunderball Grotto in Exuma, and the wrecks of New Providence. For optimal diving conditions, the best time to visit is from November to May.

Cozumel is famous for its drift diving along the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. This area features colorful coral formations, large sponges, and a variety of marine life, including eagle rays and turtles. Additionally, the underwater visibility is exceptional, often exceeding 100 feet, allowing divers to fully appreciate the vibrant underwater scenery. The best conditions for diving in Cozumel are from March to June.
