My process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and completely personalized so that you can feel confident knowing every detail is thoughtfully arranged. Every journey begins with my Trip Inquiry Form. This gives me a better understanding of your travel goals, preferred destinations, budget, travel style, and the experiences that matter most to you.Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out to schedule your complimentary 40-minute Zoom consultation.

During our Zoom call, we’ll get to know each other and discuss your vision in detail. We’ll talk about your ideal destination, travel preferences, special occasions, must-have experiences, and anything else that will help create a vacation that’s uniquely yours. This conversation allows me to begin designing an itinerary that reflects exactly what you’re looking for.

Using everything we’ve discussed, I’ll curate a personalized travel experience tailored specifically to you. Depending on your vacation, this may include:

Once you approve your itinerary, I’ll coordinate all of your reservations and confirmations, ensuring every detail is organized before you depart. Throughout the planning process, I’m available to answer questions and provide guidance so you always know what to expect.
